Kwiqshop.com shall maintain full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
Order cancellation should be done before it has been dispatched. Contact us to notify your order cancellation or change and we will help you.
If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
It is not possible to change your order once it has been dispatched. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, or changing the delivery address.
All items are sent from our shop outlets in Dodoma. Your order will be delivered within 5 hours if you’re in Dodoma CBD if your order was received before 02:00 PM.
For upcountry orders, we attempt to deliver within 48 hours for orders dispatched to Dar-es-salaam, Iringa, Mbeya, Arusha, Singida, Morogoro, and Kilimanjaro. For orders further from Dodoma like Mtwara, Lindi, Zanzibar other regions we aim to deliver with 3 working days.
For orders dispatched to East African regions, we deliver within 5 working days.
Where the order package is not collected at the designated location after 6 days from arriving, the package will be returned to the warehouse and another attempt to deliver will be made upon customers’ request. A total of two attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us and subsequent order cancellation.
Returns
All physical items sold on kwiqshop.com, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 7 days from the delivery date. You can send us an email of the return request by quoting your order ID in the subject line along with the word return for e.g.: Return Order #01992 and send mail mentioning all other details to returns@kwiqshop.com
Then follows a Requirement for a valid procedure where other details are validated from the admin side and confirmed over email/call like:
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
The reason for return must be valid and return acceptance conditions met
Return method
Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes.
Any loss of order during the transportation, kwiqshop.com will make arrangements to redeliver with no extra cost to the customer
Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted. Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
Digital products (PSN vouchers, Xbox vouchers) and services are non-refundable once delivered.
